[Opportunity]

Imagine this.

You are a member of a community. Members of your community assemble around a common interest, industry, profession or body of knowledge. Your Web site draws them in with rich, interesting content.

But something is missing. Members continue to search all the usual places for related employment advertising, only to be rewarded with the occasional, relevant job lead. And employers hunt tirelessly for candidates from your community and efficient ways to reach them.

So you answer the call. Provide a place for them to meet online. You give them a focused career site as part of the Web site that they already know. When members visit, they find lots of jobs that speak directly to them. They can even apply online. The word gets out. More employers visit and more candidates visit. And your career center revenue continues to grow.

But nothing has changed. Repeat. Nothing has changed. You need no new staff or resources. You have a fully managed job site.

[Introducing JobMark MJS™]

JobMark MJS™ is our Managed Job Site product.

With MJS™, JobMark builds and customizes a job site to suit your community, integrates it seamlessly into your Web site, hosts it on our servers, and manages the entire job site operation for you. You need not purchase new equipment, install new software, or add staff to handle the business processes. Our system and operations scale with you as you grow.

You will also never lose a job seeker offsite to your job site provider. Some other providers set up job searches and links on community sites. But, with one curious job search and click, your site visitor is gone. Gone to another Web site.

JobMark's job site features are rich and easy-to-use for employers and job seekers. Employers manage their job advertisements and search for qualified candidates through private employer accounts. Job seekers manage their cover letters and resume documents, privacy options, and online applications through job seeker accounts.

MJS™ is powerful. Implementation is fast and easy. Rewards can be rich.

[Complete Outsourcing]

The "M" in JobMark MJS™ stands for "Managed". We know from experience that it's just not enough to deliver great job site technology. That's why JobMark is in the business of managing job sites.

When you choose MJS™ to power your job site, you not only get great job site technology, but you also deploy the JobMark service team to work for you. We take responsibility for the full range of job site management services. We handle customer service and quality control, billing and collections, revenue accounting and management reporting, to name just a few of our standard services. We also consult, at our client's request, on issues such as pricing strategy, promotional activities and job site policy.

Today, organizations can deploy e-business solutions faster and more affordably than ever before. A Gartner Group research report estimates that greater than 70% of all industry portal content will soon be outsourced. The reasons are simple - faster to market, low maintenance and large profit margins.

Instead of developing, implementing and managing the complex applications and business processes associated with your specialty career site - leave it all to JobMark.

[Job Site Collaboration]

JobMark job sites differ from some of the competition in one important way. We do not aggregate jobs and post them across our clients' sites. Only advertisements placed through a particular job site appear on that job site. These ads are exclusive even if they might be appropriate for more than one client site.

This raises an interesting opportunity when there are multiple Web sites that serve the same community or audience. Some Web sites are complimentary while others are competitive.

In the job site business, each of these Web sites could run its own exclusive job site and advertise exclusive postings. Or, through a collaborative effort of these related organizations and Web sites, the group could share a single collection of jobs and resumes. So, each Web site in the group would have its own job site. But the jobs and resumes would be shared across the collaborating Web sites.

JobMark provides just the product to foster such a collaborative endeavor. We call it MJS™ Multi-Site Service and, as the name implies, it provides all the employer and job seeker capabilities of our single-site MJS™ product. It also provides the same services and more.

To read more about MJS™ Multi-Site capabilities and benefits, see Networked Job Sites.

[MJS™ Pricing]

Under our standard pricing model, we require a modest set up fee for an MJS™ job site. The set up fee includes all customization and integration work for the look and feel of the career site. It also covers the customization of the browse, resume and search features. Then, JobMark is compensated for its ongoing management services via a minority share of the job site collections.

There are no fixed monthly fees paid to JobMark even during the job site ramp up. As a matter of fact, JobMark incurs the cost of the management services during the introductory career site launch period.

[Manage Job Page Content]

The VP hands you a new employment requisition and states, "This is urgent." And you just know that you need to get some visibility for it ASAP.

No doubt it will be distributed to all the usual outlets but those take time. The Sunday paper is 5 days away, and you already missed that print deadline. What about online? Where have we had success?

You wish that IT could turn this around and get it on the Web site. But you have to get the task prioritized and take it to committee. Then it might get into the queue and, maybe, it will be posted in about 4 weeks.

But the VP is going to ask for a status in 2 days.

Sound familiar? With one of our corporate products, you could be online in minutes. Maybe even accepting resumes in minutes. Implementation is easy and fast, the products are very user-friendly and require little training, and job seekers will find up-to-date listings when they visit your corporate site.

[Online Recruitment Presence]

Minimize the time to hire and the cost to hire. Those are among every corporate recruiter's goals. Top companies execute aggressive recruiting programs that capitalize on the explosive use of the Internet as a recruiting medium. Maintaining an up-to-date, corporate job page should be an important component of any recruiting program. But why is having a professional corporate job page so often a problem? Typically it is due to technical complexity, cost of implementation and support, and the time to implement!

At JobMark, we help our clients overcome these obstacles. Our corporate products combine high quality, cost-effective, Internet job posting services with complete, sophisticated job site management. We help you to create an employment recruiting presence on your own web site. Whether you are a small or large corporation, a professional online presence is essential and we can provide a solution in less time and for less money than doing it all yourself. In short, our solutions can add efficiency to your recruitment.

[Our Corporate Products]

JobMark's corporate products empower corporate recruiters with the tools to manage their corporate job site content. We build and customize the job site to the company's requirements, effectively integrate the job site into the existing look and feel, host and manage the job site infrastructure, and provide corporate training. HR no longer has to get the attention of IT to update the site for every new requisition.

JobMark Pro™ is designed for organizations with dozens to thousands of concurrent job postings. Along with the capability to self-administer a larger volume of job postings, Pro™ provides effective job search tools and online resume submission to assist the job seeker.

Smaller companies with only a few (or even just one) job postings also need an effective corporate job page. While the job search and selection features of JobMark Pro™ may not be necessary, an easy method of adding and administering employment page content can be crucial. JobMark Lite™ works well for one or two postings up to 20-30 job postings. The same powerful administrative features of JobMark Pro™ also power our Lite™ version.

With either JobMark Pro™ or Lite™, a corporation can easily be managing job page content in less than a week.

[Corporate Pricing]

An initial setup fee provides for adapting the job page(s) look and navigation to that of the client site as well as the customization of certain features. Once a site setup is completed and accepted by the client, future site changes made at the request of the client may require invoicing at the contracted rate, depending on the scope of the work.

The monthly subscription fee is based on the service type, Pro™ or Lite™, and level. The level represents the maximum number of concurrent active postings during the month.

[Shared Services, Shared Rewards]

Like many organizations in your situation, you would like to launch a niche job site for your community. You have excellent traffic to your Web site and it would be an excellent service to your community.

But what about the chapters? Your organization has regional chapters, each with its own online presence. They seem to have a powerful presence with the membership as well. Sometimes local content is more important than the national content. After all, legislation at the state level draws as much attention as the stuff going on in Washington D.C.

It occurs to you that, while the national organization is autonomous, it fully embraces the activities, educational programs and services provided by the chapters. It would be important for the chapters to embrace - no, endorse - a new national program. Would it be possible to launch a new career site initiative that would provide shared services and shared rewards?

You bet.

[The MJS Network Feature]

With JobMark's Network Feature, a fully managed job network could be operational at both the national and regional levels in a matter of days. The feature allows a group of related Web sites to share their focused job and resume content. Visitors would find the job network from any site they visit - your national site or any of the chapter sites that decide to participate. But each Web site would maintain its own presence by having a custom front end on the job network. So the visitor stays on the visited site and is not diverted during a visit. And the visitor can browse local jobs or jobs in many other locations. Jobs would be aggregated and would provide more "buzz" in the community.

We offer this feature as an extension of our Managed Job Site product so all the great service and technology is available to the network client. The Network Feature provides valuable new tools that make job site collaboration easy and rewarding. We have integrated the additional capabilities of revenue sharing and network reporting with MJS. We even handle the complicated funds flow of your network financial arrangements. But, as with all JobMark services, we provide full accountability to our primary client, which we refer to as the "network master".

A fully managed job network is at your fingertips.

[Feature Pricing]

A standard MJS pricing structure applies to the managed job network client. Pricing for the Network Feature is incremental to the MJS pricing depending on the number of additional sites in the job site network. Each additional site requires a set up fee for initial inclusion in the job network. This fee does not compare to the master site set up fee since the bulk of the customization is done at the master level.

JobMark is compensated for ongoing network operations from a similar share of job site collections.

For example, Truckjobs wanted to make it quick and easy to find the Driver jobs on the site. So a distinct search was created. [Our Commitment]

JobMark is committed to:

  • Delivering robust, dependable job site applications,
  • Providing quality, professional client services,
  • Building client job site value, and
  • Fostering successful career site partnerships.

[Company Profile]

Founded in 1998, NHC Group, Inc is a privately held corporation headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Since its inception, the company has designed from the ground up, rather than adapted, proprietary job site applications under the trade name of JobMark. The company's earlier products focused on the corporate or enterprise market when the strength of online recruiting and the importance of a corporate presence emerged. These corporate products continue to be popular with small to medium size corporations as well as recruiting firms.

In anticipation of new trends in online recruiting, JobMark designed and launched a new type of product in 1999 that enabled external employers to interface with a niche job site to manage their own advertisements. The company quickly learned that the technology needed to be bundled with a full package of administrative services in order to realize its capabilities. The product design fully integrated centralized business services with the job and resume features. New features and capabilities continue to be introduced regularly.
